We start by getting under the skin of your brand. Through a focused discovery workshop, we understand your business, audience and goals. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a clear playback with key insights, early direction, and two visual moodboards. From there, we develop two initial brand routes, exploring logo ideas, typography and the foundations of your visual identity.

In week two, we present two distinct brand concepts, each with a clear rationale.  Once you choose a direction, we lock in the strategy: brand personality, tone of voice, comms pillars and strapline options.  We then translate this into a refined identity system that’s consistent, confident and ready to use.

Rollout

We bring the brand to life across everything you need. More than a brand pack, we deliver a digital-first brand system built for multiple channels. This phase sets the foundations. We run a sharp discovery workshop to understand your world, your audience and what truly drives the brand. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a clear playback report with core assumptions, early direction, and two visual moodboards to shape the style.

From there, we start developing your brand mark, typography and early identity thinking, building two routes that capture the essence of where your brand could go.

Week 2  –––––––––   Outcomes

During the second week, we present you with two contrasting brand concepts, walking you through the thinking and qualities behind each.

Once a direction is chosen, we define the strategic essentials: personality, tone of voice, comms pillars and two strapline options. We then roll this into the first wave of design production, turning your chosen route into a workable identity system that feels confident, consistent and ready for rollout.

This is where everything comes together. We build your full brand toolkit: A finalised playbook, full logo suite, extended colour palette, licensed typography, social artwork and templates, presentation materials, repeatable patterns and a ready-to-use email footer.

Do I have to pay upfront?

Great question. We like to keep things simple. We offer an option for a full upfront payment, or a two-part payment option based on a 60% deposit followed by a 40% payment on completion. Please note that option two requires a cleared final payment before we hand over the keys to your brand new brand.

Are there any hidden costs?

Transparency matters to us. The price you see is the price you pay, with all deliverables clearly outlined upfront. If anything falls outside the agreed scope, we’ll discuss it with you first and only proceed with your approval. No surprises. Ever.

What if the designs don’t meet my expectations?

Creative work is subjective, and (very) occasionally, a concept just doesn’t land. If the first two routes don’t quite feel right, we can pause, revisit the discovery thinking together, and shape a clearer direction before creating a third concept. We simply ask that we all agree that the first two routes aren’t the answer before moving ahead. They cannot be revisited. If the third concept still doesn’t land, no hard feelings — we’ll close things off neatly, share all work completed to date, and issue a fair partial refund based on the work done.

What if I need more than what’s included as a standard?

This package covers all the essential elements you need to run a successful brand. If you’d like more, that’s really not a  problem.  We offer a range of bolt-ons for extra creative work, deliverables, plus a monthly design and marketing package for ongoing support.

Will I own the copyright?

Absolutely. We’re firm believers that the brand should be yours. After we receive the final payment, we sign everything over to you in full legal perpetuity, with all the trimmings.
